Honey Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
1 c. honey
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c melted butter, cooled
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 C. pecan halves
1 unbaked 9″ pastry shell
Directions: Combine honey, sugar, and eggs, beating well. Add butter and vanilla; stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell, and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Filling should be firm around! edges but soft in the center. Cool before serving.
