Polish Sausage Apples Onions
Ingredients:
16 oz. pkg. Fully cooked
Polish Sausage cut in (1/4″ diagonal slices)
1 lb. Fuji apples (cored & diced)
1/3 c. Tabernash Bavarian Beer (or any dark beer)
1 TBS butter
1 TBS olive oil
Directions: Heat olive oil and butter in skillet, add apples & onion & saute for about 5 minutes. Add sausage and beer and saute’ until sausage is heated through and liquid is reduced.
