Shaker Apple Cider Pork Chops
Ingredients: 4 thick pork loin chops, 2 TBS butter, 1/2 c Panorama Apple Cider, salt and pepper, 1 TBS Dijon Mustard, 1/2 c heavy cream, 2 TBS minced chives or parsely.
Directions: Put butter in frying pan on med-high heat, add chops then 2 TBS butter
turn the heat down and cover for 30 minutes. Turn chops 1/2 c. Panorama Apple Cider occasionally as they cook. Add cider, cover and cook for salt and pepper another 15 – 20 minutes. Pour off fat from pan, salt and I TBS Dijon mustard pepper, add mustard, cream and chives. Raise heat and wisk 1/2 cup heavy cream the sauce till smooth. (Remove chops to make this easier) 2 TBS minced chives Cook another few minutes, turning chops in sauce until the or parsley cream is reduced and thickened slightly. To serve, place the chops on warm plates and pour sauce over. Serve 4
